Once an item leaves our warehouse and is handed to the carrier, the shipping process is the responsibility of the carrier.
While we do have access to tracking systems which can provide information, once a package is in the carrier network, we are unable to fulfil requests such as redirecting packages, recalling packages, or expediting shipping, and we will look to resolve shipping issues in other ways. If you have any issues with shipping, you should contact the carrier directly, as we are unable to contact them on your behalf.
If an order has been shipped and the tracking has not been updated 30 days from the date shipped, you may contact Support for further investigation.

Military Addresses:
All APO, FPO, or DPO packages will be shipped via USPS. Delivery may take up to 15-30 business days.
Please note that the address should be in the following format:
- Country: United States
- State: AA (Armed Forces Americas) / AE (Armed Forces Europe) / AP (Armed Forces Pacific).
- Address 1: Unit and Box numbers.
- Address 2 (optional): Usually not required; however, if the address includes an FOB (Forward Operating Base), it can be added here.
- City: APO (Army Post Office) / FPO (Fleet Post Office) / DPO (Diplomatic Post Office).
- Zip code: The zip code.
All shipping addresses
The following shipping address requirements are applicable to all destinations:
- The shipping address must be exclusively in Latin characters.
- The limit for Address Line 1 is 35 characters, and for Address Line 2, it is 30 characters.
- Soul Bloom Creations LLC does not provide address validation services. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.
